Kieran O'Connell is the Owner and General Manger of the Corkman. Kieran is from Coachford, County Cork and has a long history of Pubs and Irish Music. Kieran came to Australia in 1982 and has always lived in Melbourne. He played Gaelic football with Young Irelands and Saint Kevin's and represented Victoria in Hurling in 1986 at the Australian Games.

Stacey Moore has been at The Corkman since April 08 and is a fantastic addition to our team. Stacey was promoted to Manager of the pub when Mark Lennon left us to return to Ireland. She is fondly known by the regulars as "The Star of the County Down" and we are hoping she will be with us for a long long time at The Corkman.

Noreen Dinees joined us recently,originally from Ballingeary in West Cork she has settled in very well and all the regulars are learning to understand the accent and the Ballingeary sense of humour!!
