The Head Chef at The Corkman is Craig (Cookie) Stewart "Must be
some Scottish bloodline there somewhere". Cookie brings 11 years
experience in all facets of cooking. He is very creative and
constantly surprises us with new and exciting dishes. Cookie
(Batman) is aided by the Boy Wonder Paul Vautier (Must be French!).
Paul also from "New Zuland" has worked with Cookie for 18
months in a well known Melbourne cafe.
The Corkman's high quality food is very reasonably priced,
excellent value and generous portions are provided. The restaurant
has a warm and unique atmosphere and seats approx 70 people.
